An institution responsible for administering a loan, acting on behalf of all lenders, and acting as a conduit for all payments in a loan syndication. An administrative agent should report drawn loan syndications to U.S. resident borrowers owed to foreign residents on the BL-2 (if dollar-denominated) or the BQ-2 (if foreign currency-denominated) (except when pooled into foreign CLOs, these should be reported by U.S. CLO Trustee).
