In the health care field, the skills of communication, (patient-provider, team) leadership, teamwork, situational awareness, decisionmaking, resource management, safe practice, adverse event minimization/mitigation, and professionalism; also known as behavioral skills or teamwork skills (Australian Society for Simulation in Healthcare).
