NET SETTLEMENTS

Net settlements include all cash receipts and payments for the purchase, sale, or final closeout of derivatives, as well as all payments according to the terms of derivative contracts such as periodic payments under the terms of a swap agreement or daily payments for an exchange-traded contract. Do not report as settlements the value of commodities, securities, or other non-cash assets received or delivered to settle derivatives contracts of any type. Derivatives are reportable ONLY on TIC Form D Reports.
